What about someone who gets involved with attacks, and with stealing??

I am not talking like a pirate here ...because what I'm saying should in no way be confusing.

That may be impossible, you could say ...but, I'm going to try to make it as possible as I can because it should be clear what I'm trying to say.

Many people pray that there will not be spiritual attacks, or as the saying goes, the workings of that which would aid in stealing your soul.

And no, it is not true that once a terrorist, always a terrorist ...though it may mostly be true. Once you do commit violent acts, it does have an effect upon you.  It is not the same as meeting the violence with an equal force to defend against the perpetrated terror.  The violence that most changes a person, is that which is initiated against another who is not violent ...whether you view them as innocent or not.

The idea that our God of the Bible directed violence against people, and that He did it as a sense of cleansing, was not a mere act of changing ideology. God aimed each time to act against what was already very cruel and violent. Today, it is so distorted to view violence as a pathway to cleansing ...when it is directed towards peaceful people, or mere ideologies.  Jesus chose to not destroy the person, nor even to destroy the ideology that was clearly destroying the people ...but, He instead offered a choice, an option, or a replacement for the type of thinking that was so self-destructive and destructive to others.

We have had reformations throughout our history ...and sadly, though they were not lasting, they were significant enough for a generation or two.  I will touch upon a bit of the idea of reform later.
